The Patient Safety First Campaign is holding a series of interactive web seminars during September.
They are highly recommended for elected campaign leads of each of the trusts as well as the rest of their team members. Other people with an interest are also invited to take part. They will tell you more about the campaign, its interventions and safety improvement methods.
